The Bistroo Breakdown: Monthly Progress Report — April 2024

Every month, we publish an update to our token holders and broader community. Welcome to the April 2024 edition. We’ve passed the 75,000 users milestone, had a record Monday and Tuesday and launched our Stripe Integration.

General & Sales

  • In April, we broke more records. We had our HIGHEST number of orders for and Monday and Tuesday!
  • We’ve reached the milestones of 75,000 active users in our home market of the Netherlands.
  • Localisation for the Pilot Program of in Belgium has commenced and is currently in full swing.
  • We launched our Stripe integration. To enhance our merchant onboarding and expand payment options, we’ve fully integrated Stripe’s Connect API into our ecosystem, making advanced payment features available to all Bistroo merchants.
  • In April, the order volume has grown 112% year-on-year, and we saw the highest number of monthly orders to date.
  • 4574 first-time users placed an order in April. That is a 119% increase in first-time customers year-on-year compared to April 2023.
  • 1849 new user accounts were created in April. A year-on-year increase of 224% in new user accounts signed up on a monthly basis.
  • 33 merchant were onboarded in April, equaling our standing record.
  • 47 deals were closed in April, an all time record.


  • Developed new B2B landingspages for different potential customer verticals.
  • Implemented A/B testing on the new B2B landingspages.
  • Set up a process that creates SEO-pages for restaurants programmatically.
  • Scraped a large aggregator website, extracted email addresses, and created a B2B email campaign for these leads.
  • Created and published a lead magnet and Meta Ads campaign.
  • Reached out to 25 potential partners to share leads with.
  • Successfully tested a giveaway on social media.
  • Did a content shoot at one of the merchants, shooting material for their restaurant page, social posts, and a testimonial video.


  • Integrated a new POS system. This will be slated for release in the next few months.
  • Merchant will now be issued invoices for each payout instead of monthly invoices.
  • Included instructions for products in the basket.
  • Completed the product spec for the ASAP feature version 2.
  • Finalized the localization infrastructure for

  • Continued work on reworking the merchant portal specifications.
  • Designed and worked on the implementation of the second version of the merchant landing pages.
